At Panorachi, we value transparency and strive to create clear expectations for our clients. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how refunds are handled for our services, including consultations, videography, photography, and web design.
1. Consultations
Most of our initial consultations are offered free of charge. However, in some cases, paid follow-up sessions or strategic consultation packages may be scheduled upon mutual agreement.
Cancellation & Refund Terms for Paid Consultations:
- 100% Refund — If the client cancels at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- 50% Refund — If the client cancels between 24 hours and 1 hour before the scheduled session.
- No Refund — If the client cancels less than 1 hour before the session or does not show up.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@panorachi.com or through the confirmation email provided at the time of booking.
2. Videography, Photography, and Web Design Services
For all other professional services offered by Panorachi, including media production and web development packages, detailed terms—including payment structure, cancellation clauses, rescheduling policies, and refund eligibility—will be clearly outlined in the individual service contract or agreement provided prior to the start of the project.
These agreements are binding once signed by both parties and serve as the reference point for any refund or cancellation decisions.
3. How Refunds Are Issued
All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of booking or purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but typically take 5–10 business days.
4. Need to Cancel or Modify a Session?
If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation or service, please notify us as early as possible so we can assist you

5. Exceptions
Panorachi reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances, at our sole discretion. We are committed to working with our clients in a fair and respectful manner.
